Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: May 18, 2026

This policy applies to paid services purchased on monitormc.com. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record; Lemon Squeezy's own Refund Policy applies in addition to ours.

1. Premium subscription

1.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your server dashboard or from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep Premium features until that date. We do not bill again after cancellation.

1.2 Refund window

You may request a refund of the most recent Premium payment within 14 calendar daysof that payment, provided the subscription was not significantly used. "Significantly used" means the highlighted listing, sponsored placement, custom mode card, or analytics dashboard were actively delivering visibility to your server during the period.

After the 14-day window, or for renewal payments where the previous period was already delivered, refunds are at our discretion and normally limited to cases of clear service failure attributable to us (e.g. our outage prevented your listing from appearing).

2. Sponsored slot booking

A Sponsored slot booking reserves a specific homepage position for a specific date range. Slots are limited.

  • Before the slot starts — you may cancel and request a full refund up to 48 hours before the start date. Cancellations less than 48 h before start are non-refundable because the slot can no longer be re-sold.
  • After the slot starts — the booking is non-refundable, except on a pro-rata basis if a verified MonitorMC outage prevented the slot from being shown for more than 4 cumulative hours during the booked period.
  • A booking is considered cancelled and the slot released if payment is not received within ~48 hours of checkout creation.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with:

  • your order or subscription identifier (Lemon Squeezy email contains it);
  • the date of purchase;
  • the server affected and a short description of the reason.

We review within 5 business days. If approved, Lemon Squeezy processes the refund to the original payment method within their normal timelines (typically 5-10 business days).

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we usually resolve issues faster. An undisputed chargeback may result in suspension of the related account and listing pending resolution.

5. Statutory rights

Where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a stronger right of withdrawal than this policy, that statutory right prevails. By starting the Premium service immediately on payment you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may not apply once Premium features have been substantially delivered, to the extent permitted by local law.

6. Taxes

Lemon Squeezy collects and remits applicable VAT/GST on your invoice depending on your billing country. Refunds, when granted, include the corresponding tax portion.
