Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MonitorMC is operated by Nichik Stanislav, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Armenia (TIN 20258238) — hereinafter the "Operator", "we", "us". By accessing or using monitormc.com(the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

MonitorMC is a public listing and rating directory for Minecraft servers. Server operators may add their server to the listing for free; visitors may browse, vote, and review listed servers. The Service additionally offers paid placements ("Premium" and "Sponsored slots") that increase a server's visibility but do not manipulate the editorial ranking algorithm.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • One person may not operate multiple accounts to bypass rate limits or moderation.
  • We may suspend or delete an account for breach of these Terms.

4. Listings and content

You retain ownership of content you submit (server descriptions, banners, reviews). You grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as required to operate the Service.

You warrant that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, sexual, hateful, or malicious material. We may edit or remove content that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.

5. Paid services

Premium subscriptions and Sponsored slot bookings are sold through our payment processor Lemon Squeezy(Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record). Prices are shown at the moment of checkout. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms.

  • Premium is a recurring subscription that grants visibility features for a single Minecraft server you control. Auto-renewal is enabled by default and may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard or from Lemon Squeezy.
  • Sponsored slot is a single, one-time purchase that books a fixed homepage position for a specified date range and server. Slots are not transferable.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the listings without our prior written consent;
  • vote, review, or rate your own servers; submit fake votes or reviews; pay others to do so;
  • upload malware, hyperlinks to malware, phishing pages, or content that exploits minors;
  • impersonate another person, brand, or server;
  • circumvent rate limits, IP bans, or moderation actions;
  • use the Service for activity prohibited by the laws of your country or by the laws of Armenia.

7. Moderation and removal

We moderate listings on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to delist, remove, or refuse a server without prior notice, in particular if it violates these Terms or Mojang's end-user agreement. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Statistics (player count, uptime, ranking) are derived from third-party server queries and may be inaccurate or delayed.

MonitorMC is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any listed server.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, goodwill, or profits.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) survive.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the "Effective" date. Material changes will be announced via the homepage or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
